COME SEE IAMT & NYC
TOUR OUR CAMPUS
Prospective students and their parents are always welcome for a campus tour. You can use the form at the bottom of this page. We're happy to show you the facilities, share more details about the program, answering any questions you might have and observe an active class or two if schedules permit.
If you're interested in seeing classes, visits must be between 9 and 4 on weekdays and scheduled in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate drop-in visits.
VISITING NEW YORK CITY
If you're going to visit us, hopefully you'll have enough time to see the city and catch a show! We've collected some information here for out-of-town guests to help you dive even deeper into Broadway!
Broadwayworld.com has a short history of Broadway, including what actually qualifies as a "Broadway" theatre. Wikipedia also has a longer and more detailed history if you can't get enough.
If you're curious about "off-Broadway," Playbill has a short article explaining the differences between Broadway, off-Broadway, and off-off-Broadway.
Playbill also organizes a collection of what's playing on Broadway and what's what's playing off-Broadway. You can find links to summaries and reviews on those pages, too.
Finally, Vulture has 10 tips to try to make Broadway tickets as affordable as possible.
